Greenway USA is happy to announce the completion of our latest commercial project for Cook Unity in Atlanta, GA.
CookUnity is a rapidly growing chef-to-consumer platform designed to give everyone access to signature meals from award-winning chefs, delivered right to their door. Greenway USA will be building a 2,500 sq ft commercial kitchen inside CookUnity’s existing Atlanta facility to support their expansion efforts.
Major scopes of work included all new mechanical & HVAC systems, 44’ kitchen hood & make-up air system, two new walk-in coolers and a walk-in blast chiller. In addition, the space required all new electrical, gas & plumbing infrastructure and distribution to support new kitchen equipment, mechanical & refrigeration systems.
