Project Completion Announcement

Greenway USA is delighted and proud to announce the completion of our most ambitious project to-date for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. EAST HOUSE!

Designated to be utilized as the residence of the CSHL President, East House, a 4,000 square foot single-family home overlooking Cold Springs Inner Harbor, was a complete “out of the ground” construction.

The home features two stories, open floor plan, large picture windows, and a trellis walkway to a detached garage.

Greenway USA would like to thank Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory for the opportunity to construct a residence that will be an important part of the Laboratory campus for decades to come!
