Greenway USA provided facilities management services to assist Fiserv’s daily, emergency, and preventative maintenance needs from 2014 to 2020 at four facilities each spanning several floors totaling approximately 150,000 square feet. Our team of facility managers, handymen work within Fiserv leased spaces keeping the facility safe, clean, comfortable and energy efficient. We supplement Fiserv’s facility management team and work with the building property manager carrying out typical engineering, handyman, and cleaning responsibilities.
On The Go (OTG) Management
JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark-Liberty International, George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Greenway USA provided handyman services and maintenance and emergency contracting, scheduling, coordination, and oversight at the various On the Go establishments (restaurants and bars) within JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Bush airports. We perform cleaning services on an as-needed basis as OTG transitions out of restaurant closures from COVID and back into full service. The majority of the work included mechanical, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, repairs and replacements. Greenway USA understands the dynamics of operating at fully operational airports with the critical security restrictions and allowable hours of work constraints.

Greenway USA provided 24/7 facilities management services to Newmark Group for their 110 Wall Street property from 2016 to 2019 across all 28 Floors of the building covering 270,000 square feet. Staffed with a dedicated crew of porters, engineers, project managers and handymen for this dual purpose WeWork shared office space and WeLive residential living apartments.
