Demolition of existing ceilings, walls, piping, plumbing fixtures, exhaust fans, supply, return and exhaust system ductwork, etc. New General Construction includes new ceilings, structural steel, platforms, ladders, trim work, finishes, etc. New HVAC construction includes installing a new outdoor air handler (chilled water and steam piping), exhaust fans, and all associated ductwork, VAV boxes, reheat piping and controls.

A joint project between the United States Air Force and Alabama Air National Guard. Scope of work included installation of custom engineered 50’ tall aluminum stair tower and engineered steel platform. Construction of 350 square foot building extension. Installation of various electrical and conduit upgrades

Design build project consisting of a full investigatory phase, design, scoping, and roof repair process for the 127 year old four story town house located at 8 East 69th Street NY, NY. Construction rehabilitation included the patching and repair of the upper EPDM roofing system and waterproofing areas affected. Sheetrock and trim work was performed in areas previously damaged by water.

Interior renovation within an actively occupied office space. Work was concentrated in Office Suite 829, Room 845, Conference Room 801. Work included demolition, carpentry, and finish work to include new carpeting/flooring, glass wall/doors, and painting.
Horseshoe Bend National Military Park

Resurfaced 8,000 LF of park trails at four (4) separate locations throughout the Park. The work included re-grading, stone placement/compaction and installation of retaining walls and water/erosion bars throughout.
