Project Completion Announcement!

If you remember the old History Channel show “Life After People” this project completion is for you!

In early 2020 when COVID work from home rules took effect, this office at the Veteran Affairs Healthcare Systems in Lyons, New Jersey was abruptly left abandoned. Two years and one steam leak later the office was all but destroyed and damaged with mold.

Scope of work for this project started with mold remediation and demolition. Installation of new walls, ceiling grid and lighting fixtures, floors, base molding, and electrical outlets and switches. In addition, the project required exterior brick pointing, caulking and mortar sealing.
