Project Completion Announcement!

Park Slope Brooklyn Townhouse

Here at Greenway USA, we do not usually seek out private residential renovation projects, however this was one we could not pass up!

A 1940’s era three story townhouse in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn needed updates and improvements to make it comfortable for a growing family.

Scope of work included renovations of 2 ½ bathrooms, modifications to laundry room (if you have kids, you know you spend A LOT of time in that room) and the 2nd floor children’s room. Steel and Joist work was needed to demo a bearing wall between the entrance hall and living room to open up the floor plan. Greenway USA furnished and installed new ceramic tile kitchen flooring, windows and installed a new doorway leading to an updated steel and concrete deck area with stairs to the lower sections of back yard.
