Hershey House Apartments for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory
Greenway USA celebrated the start of Autumn by wrapping up our latest project for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
The Hershey House Apartments, originally built as two faculty housing units in the 1970’s, were sorely in need of both a structural and esthetic update.
The scope of work included a full gut interior demolition of both apartments, roofing repairs, tile and wood flooring throughout the residences, new bathrooms, replacement of kitchen cabinetry and appliances, sheet rocks walls and ceilings, new doors, frames, trim and high-end finishes package. The project also included a complete, new MEP package throughout the structure.
Greenway USA would like to thank Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory for the opportunity to work on the project! To find out more about the incredible research being done by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory we encourage you to visit their website at www.cshl.edu
