Sugar Land Beer Garden and Q Bar Renovation at George Bush International Airport

Travelers departing and arriving at United Airlines Terminal B at George Bush International Airport (IAH) in Houston, TX, have two new locations to enjoy food and a beverage: Sugar Land Beer Garden and Q Bar Texas BBQ!

Greenway USA was delighted to work for OTG Management to create these exciting new spaces. OTG Management is transforming the passenger-terminal relationship by integrating next-level technology with farm-to-terminal dining, carefully curated food and retail options, and striking redesigns.

Scope of work for both locations full renovation included overall project supervision, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general labor services.

Crucial to the smooth progress of the project was Greenway USA’s thorough understanding of airport operations, both on the Land side and in the Air Operations Area. (AOA)

Sugar Land Beer Garden and Q Bar Texas BBQ marks the first brand new OTG concepts to open since the pandemic and Greenway USA is proud to be a part of that achievement.
