Project Completion Announcement!
Greenway USA has completed our latest renovation project at the Taconic DDSO facility in Valatie, NY.
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is responsible for coordinating services for New Yorkers with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, Prader-Willi syndrome and other neurological impairments
H2H Geoscience Engineering, working under its contract with the Dormitory Authority of New York State (DASNY) contracted Greenway USA to completely renovate the bathrooms in each of the facility’s two buildings.
The scope of work included the complete renovation of the 2 bathrooms down to the studs. New framing, drywall, doors, fixtures (electrical and plumbing) accessories, tile work 4 feet up from the floor, Swanstone walls in the shower area, epoxy floor, painting and carpentry work in the hallway located directly outside the bathrooms.
